Our trainers will make sure you get the most out of your 30 minutes by challenging you with

structured short intervals, sprints and hills. You will build speed and maximise your calorie

burn all within 30 minutes!

Power 45

This 45min class incorporates intervals of both speed, hills and a combo of the two!

Our trainers will help you increase your speed, strength and endurance. This class is the

perfect bridge between our Express 30 and Endurance 60. 

Power 45 + strength

This class is our Power 45 class with 15 minutes of the class dedicated to running specific strength

exercises off the tread. Our trainers will guide you through a series of exercises to strengthen

those key muscles we need to run efficiently.

Endurance 60

60mins of long intervals, tempo and hills will see you running longer and stronger in no time!

This class aims to build your endurance through incorporating longer intervals at steady speed.

This a great bridge between Power 45 and The Distance 90.

Endurance 60 + strength

exercises off the tread. Our trainers will guide you through a series of exercises to strengthen

those keys muscles we need to run efficiently. 

The Distance 90

Aiming to knock that Marathon off your bucket list or simply want to increase your km’s? Then The

Distance 90 is for you! This class involves long intervals tempo and hills to maximise your endurance

and overall fitness.
