This class is our Power 45 class which has a mix of running and strength. Our trainers will guide you through a session where you will move from the treadmill to the strength area. All exercises are designed to strengthen those key muscles we require to run efficiently.

Aiming to knock that Marathon off your bucket list or simply want to increase your km’s? Then The Distance 90 is for you! This class involves long intervals tempo and hills to maximise your endurance and overall fitness.
The Run class you know and love but with a little heat & humidity! These sessions are not only designed to assist runners training for events held in warmer climates, but to also significantly improve performance through the physiological benefits gained from training in the heat. Some of these benefits include increased plasma volume, increased pace as perceived rate of exertion drops, increased sweat rate (meaning more blood can go to the working muscles), lowered heart rate and many more.
Find your strength in our Reformer pilates classes. Designed to build overall strength to ensure you feel strong for not only your running, but your day to day activities. We target all areas of the body with each class slightly favouring the lower body and core in order to support those who take part in our Run classes. Our studio has 7 beds allowing the instructor to pay you the attention you deserve. And because we have such a small class we welcome and encourage all levels from beginner to advanced to attend any class on the schedule. We will always offer options for everyone!
