Q. What should I expect for my first class?

A.  You will be welcomed by a staff member as you enter the reception area. The staff member will be aware it’s your first class and will tell you everything there is to know. They will show you to the tread and explain how the class operates. Depending on what class you’ve chosen to do you will always have a warm up, main session and cool down.

 

Q. What do i bring?

A. Ensure you are wearing appropriate clothing for running and that you have a drink bottle. If you forget your bottle we sell them in the studio.

 

Q. Do i need to book?

A. Yes. You will need to book your class via Mindbody. There is an app or this can be on on the internet.

 

Q. what option is the best in terms of price?

A. Memberships offer the cheapest class on average. Second after that are session packs and then single sessions purchased individually.

 

Q. what if I’m not a runner?

A. Everyones a runner :) You will be well looked after at Run Club. Your coach will support you and guide you. Even more so if you are feeling nervous.

 

Q. Can i put my membership on hold?

A. Yes. If you are injured or going on holidays you can put your membership on hold.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. Members: 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 12 hours you get your class added back to your account and receive a $10 fee. Session pack holders: 12 hours and you lose your class.
