COVID SAFE PLAN FOR RUN CLUB
The following has been created to keep our clients, staff and the wider community safe. We ask that everyone that enters the studio adheres to the following. We thank you in advance.
As you return to the studio you will notice some changes to the studio. Each and every change has been made by management with the aim to keep the space as safe as possible.
Studio arrival and departure
The doors will open 5 minutes before your class and locked when the class starts.
You will be required to sanitize your hands upon arrival. There will be other sanitizers around the studio for you to use. We encourage you to use these.
We all love to chat but sadly we can’t hang around in the studio to do this. Please have these conversations outside in the open air.
In classes (both run and pilates)
You do not need to wear a mask while running or while in a pilates class but will need to have them on when you are not in class.
You will be given antibacterial wipes to clean your treads, reformers and other equipment at the end of each session
Sadly no high fives so let the vocals do the encouraging
No towel, no workout. You can buy one if you forget to bring your own.
No grip socks for Pilates, no workout. You can buy these if you forget to bring your own.
All classes are at reduced capacity to reflect the government guidelines
Other measures
The studio is being cleaned more frequently.
Treadmills and reformers are spread out evenly throughout the studio to ensure appropriate distancing is maintained
Staff will clean all treads, reformers and equipment between classes
Please do not attend Run Club if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms, are in isolation, have recently traveled overseas or have come into contact with someone who has recently returned from overseas.
